Happy Month-versary

I saw it in the distance

swelling up in balloon like fashion
then slowly it began to float
not in haphazard patterns
with purpose
as if it's path had been pre-selected
a slow ascent, each rise barely noticeableAnd did i mention the light?
incandescent
almost to fiery proportions
and it stayed as such for some time
hovering above the earth, slowly reaching new heightsWho knows how long
time will tell
and soon
it will come home
at peace
still filled
with love
